Positive Organizational Scholarship

This category contains students’ pathways that examine how positive organizational theory and practice can affect and influence group behavior and performance.  Positive business practices like empathy, collaboration, and development are components that this field examines as ways to bring about the best in employee performance.  As a field of study itself, Positive Organizational Scholarship possesses many opportunities for research and application to various organizations worldwide.
