Using Creative Strategy Development, Human Capital and Leadership, and Positive Organizational Scholarship to create success in the workplace
In the business environment, companies are perpetually looking for methods to maintain their success and acquire a competitive advantage. This is the reason as to why I want to blend the use of creative strategy development, human capital and leadership, and positive organizational scholarship, to create success in the workplace. Through my OS Pathway, I hope to learn about ways to foster a creative and innovative culture through organizational strategy which can help direct organizations toward their objectives. Additionally, through leadership development programs, which can aid in creating a culture of trust, cooperation, and continuous learning, I wish to learn how to create a positive work environment. How POS encourages the development of welcoming, compassionate work cultures that foster creativity, psychological safety, and innovation is something that interests me. When creative strategy development, human capital and leadership, and positive organizational scholarship work together, they create a beneficial impact that drives the organization toward competitive advantages and sustainable growth.
