In the business environment, companies are perpetually looking for methods to maintain their success and acquire a competitive advantage. This is the reason as to why I want to blend the use of creative strategy development, human capital and leadership, and positive organizational scholarship, to create success in the workplace. Through my OS Pathway, I hope to learn about ways to foster a creative and innovative culture through organizational strategy which can help direct organizations toward their objectives. Additionally, through leadership development programs, which can aid in creating a culture of trust, cooperation, and continuous learning, I wish to learn how to create a positive work environment. How POS encourages the development of welcoming, compassionate work cultures that foster creativity, psychological safety, and innovation is something that interests me.
