Positive Organizational Scholarship through Leadership and Development of Human Capital
In my OS Pathway, I hope to gain the skills necessary to foster healthier and more productive environments within a variety of organizations. I’m especially interested in understanding how people think, what motivates them, and how they make decisions within workplace settings. I want to learn how to bring out the best in individuals by supporting their growth and helping them thrive in their roles. My long-term goal is to apply these skills in a career, where I can work with businesses to improve employee well-being, collaboration, and overall productivity. Through this Pathway, I aim to explore how thoughtful, evidence-based strategies can create lasting and positive organizational change.
