On Saturday, April 18, 2026, facilitators and participants from ELI’s long-running Conversation Circles program gathered on the 10th floor of Weiser Hall for the fifth annual Spring Has Sprung “all-circles” gathering. They enjoyed breakfast treats, games, a raffle featuring ELI swag prizes - and the amazing views!
For over 30 years, ELI’s Conversation Circles have connected international students and scholars with volunteer facilitators—U-M students, staff, and faculty—for casual English practice and meaningful cultural exchange.
