On Wednesday, February 12, 2025, ELI’s student staff hosted a Valentine’s Day Celebration, bringing together over 70 students for an evening of fun, food, and friendship. The event began with energizing icebreaker activities over pizza. New friends then joined in a lively Valentine’s trivia competition. Winning teams received a variety of prizes, including t-shirts and water bottles.
The event wrapped up as participants decorated (and then ate!) valentine-themed cookies. Check out the photos to see some samples of the creativity on display at this festive holiday celebration!
ELI Student-to-Student events are designed to foster a sense of community among international graduate and undergraduate students and provide a relaxing break from studying, teaching, and research. Be sure to RSVP for our next ELI Student-to-Student Event, Spring Spectacular, on March 25, 2025.
