ELI Student-to-Student Spring Spectacular Event

On Tuesday, March 25, 2025, ELI’s student staff members welcomed over 70 students to a vibrant Spring Spectacular. The event kicked off with an entertaining round of “Find Someone Who…” where students mingled with other participants, discovered shared interests in spring and ELI-related activities, and competed for ELI T-shirts as prizes.

Following conversations over pizza and cupcakes, students got creative and decorated ceramic flower pots to celebrate the arrival of spring. The event concluded with everyone taking home a succulent to plant in their personalized flower pots.

Led by U-M students, ELI Student-to-Student are designed to support international students in building friendships and fostering a sense of community. These events offer international graduate and undergraduate students a fun and interactive opportunity to learn more about American culture while enjoying a relaxing break from academics.
