Lea has leveraged her OS degree to lead large-scale strategic change initiatives as Head of Business Transformation at Zinnia. She has also held a variety of go-to-market strategy roles at leading technology companies, including Policygenius, Pendo, and Google. Lea began her career in change management consulting at Accenture and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
