About
Debra is an alumna of the University of Michigan's College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA), Class of 1990. With two decades of experience as an Executive Leadership Coach and Workplace Strategist, she empowers leaders to foster inclusive cultures and drive positive change. In addition to her coaching practice, she serves on several boards, including the University of Michigan's Tri-State Leadership Committee in New York and the Political Science Advisory Board.
