PATHWAY
Strategy and Management Consulting
My Organizational Studies pathway is focused on strategy and management consulting. I am especially interested in how consultants partner with organizations to solve complex business problems, improve performance, and lead strategic initiatives. With an interest in further exploring financial landscapes and industries individually, I plan on adding this in-depth analysis skill to my toolbox for consulting. Paired with my studies in Economics and a minor in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences, this pathway allows me to examine how firms adapt to ever-changing markets, align organizational structures with strategic goals, and drive growth through data-informed decision-making. Through the OS curriculum, I am gaining a strong foundation in organizational behavior, strategic analysis, and leadership. I am complementing this with coursework in data analysis and communication to build a versatile, consulting-ready skill set. My goal is to pursue a career in management consulting, where I can help organizations navigate change, optimize operations, and achieve sustainable success.
