PATHWAY
Real Estate, Finance, and Strategic Development
When I came to Michigan, I knew I wanted to pursue a path that combined analytical thinking, strategic leadership, and a genuine interest in the built environment. I’ve always been fascinated by how real estate shapes the way people live, interact, and grow, and how finance drives those opportunities. I was drawn to Organizational Studies because of its flexibility and depth, allowing me to explore how organizations function from both a business and social impact lens.
My OS Pathway centers on the intersection of finance, business strategy, and real estate. I’m drawn to the analytical side of real estate, exploring how markets move, how deals are structured, and how long-term value is created through smart investment and development. Through the OS major, I’m exploring how organizations make strategic decisions, allocate capital, and lead change. My goal is to build a career in real estate development, where I can combine data-driven thinking with a vision for creating impactful, enduring spaces.
