My OS pathway revolves around my interest in sustainability within organizations. I recognize that the corporate environmental responsibility marketing aspect of companies can have a significant influence on what consumers think of their products, production processes, and brand reputation. I want to help make a positive impact in green marketing, advocating for transparency and better sustainable business practices within organizations.
I am also interested in human capital and what it takes for an organization to build and maintain a smooth-flowing system of satisfied workers. I believe that a motivated and well-supported workforce is essential for a company’s long-term success. By exploring human capital management, I intend to learn about how organizations can create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages employee satisfaction and productivity.
I believe that a combination of sustainable practices and a dedicated, content workforce creates a strong foundation for organizations to thrive in a socially and environmentally responsible way.
