Utilizing Legal Organizations to Develop Inclusive Marketing Practices
With my interest in pursing a career in Human Resources and passion for Law and DEI, I hope to use my OS Pathway to contribute to the ongoing drive for greater representation in the workplace. My unique combination of skills and knowledge will enable me to leverage information on legal organizations to advocate for and implement transformative changes in HR practices. By gaining insights into legal frameworks and organizational structures, I can ensure that HR strategies not only comply with legal standards but also actively promote inclusivity. My multidisciplinary education will equip me with a deeper understanding of current human resources policies and allow me to develop innovative approaches. Through a variety of classes, I will learn how to create equitable recruitment, retention, and development practices that serve diverse employee populations and foster truly inclusive workplace environments.
