Financial Decision Making
I am interested in learning about how organizations navigate changing global factors in order to make the best decisions for the company. Specifically, I am interested in how we can navigate the financial world using all of the data and resources available. As someone who is pursuing a career in real estate and has seen firsthand how quickly investments can go from net-positive to net-negative simply based on external factors. I believe that courses in accounting and business strategy will give me the tools to understand those types of financial situations, and courses such as Orgstudy 435 and MO 321 will help me learn how to implement those strategies effectively.
