Business Strategy through a Cultural and Economic Lens
As a student studying Organizational Studies and Economics, I hope to combine my technical base from an Economics perspective with the qualitative knowledge of my Organizational Studies background to be an effective leader from both a results-driven and cultural standpoint. I am looking forward to learning how different strategies can be employed to manage organizations and different leadership structures in the most impactful manner possible. Understanding not only how consumers think and act, but also how teams within businesses can grow and perform at their best, is a goal of mine that I am excited to pursue within my dual major. Through the Organizational Studies pathways, I hope to grow in my creative thinking structure, understanding of leadership styles and their effectiveness, and general management abilities, as I am confident they will be applicable to my future endeavors within the business world.
