Katrina Chan, WiL Co-President
Hi! My name is Katrina Chan, and I can’t wait to serve as one of the Co-Presidents of WiL this year! I’m a senior in OS, and my pathway is “Advocating for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace.” Specifically, I’m interested in learning more about how to support workplace culture and cultivate a positive employee experience that’s inclusive for all. In addition to OS, I’m pursuing a minor in Chinese, and I’ve even had the opportunity to study abroad in China. Outside of school, I love to bake, craft, and try new restaurants around Ann Arbor. I couldn’t imagine spending my last year at Michigan any other way, and I’m excited to create empowering events with WiL!
Eden Wilcomes, WiL Co-President
I’m Eden Wilcomes and I’m a senior double majoring in Organizational Studies and Spanish! Within OS, my pathway focuses on Politics, Policy, and Law and Entertainment, Media, and Arts. I am studying the intersection of government and media, hopefully pursuing a career in entertainment law or government. Within OS, I am also one of the peer mentors! At UMich, I am the music director of my a cappella group, the DJs, the Vice President of Michigan A Cappella, and a constructor for the Michigan Daily Games Section. I love to be creative, whether through art or music, so I always enjoy an arts and crafts night or a concert with friends. This past summer, I worked in the House of Representatives as a legislative intern for my own district in New Jersey. I love the OS program, and am very happy to be able to contribute to it through WiL as one of the co-presidents!
Emma Bagaric, WiL Co-Vice President
Hi! I’m Emma Bagaric and I’m a junior in the Organizational Studies program at Michigan! I’m interested in the people, creative, and sustainable side of business, so my OS pathway revolves around those three interests. In my free time, I love playing pickle ball and tennis, baking, going on walks, and spending time with friends and family. I’m super excited to be a part of WiL’s leadership this year!
Christina Shea, WiL Co-Vice President
Hi! I’m Christina Shea, and I’m super excited for my first year on the WIL executive team as co-VP. I’m a junior in the Organizational Studies program pursuing a minor in Business Administration. My pathway centers on consumer behavior and marketing, where I explore how strategy and storytelling can create meaningful connections between organizations and the people they serve. Most recently, I interned with Ashley Walls Music, a music artist management company, where I supported marketing initiatives, managed social media content, and helped coordinate campaigns to grow audience engagement. In addition to WIL, I serve as Vice President Panhellenic for Delta Gamma, am a member of Sigma Eta Pi, a professional entrepreneurship fraternity, and dance with Relevé Dance Company. Outside of school, you’ll usually find me at a live music show, teaching Pure Barre, or behind the camera as a freelance photographer. I can’t wait to be a part of this amazing team!
Jimena Vazquez, WiL Manager of Internal Affairs
Hi! My name is Jimena Vazquez, and I am so excited to be part of Women in Leadership this year as the Head of Budget/Internal Affairs. I am a junior majoring in Organizational Studies with a Business minor. My OS pathway centers on inclusive leadership, innovation, and equity in the beauty industry. I’m particularly interested in how organizational structures influence opportunity and access, especially for underrepresented communities. Outside of WiL, I am a Career Prep Fellow with Management Leadership for Tomorrow and work in the LSA Dean’s Office as an office assistant. Beyond school, I enjoy cooking, working out, spending time with my family and friends, and going shopping. I’m looking forward to connecting with everyone and helping create a strong, supportive community through Women in Leadership!
Nicole Macias, WiL Manager of Marketing, External
Hi! My name is Nicole Macias. I am a junior at U-M from Los Angeles, California. I am majoring in Organizational Studies and minoring in Business Administration. I work as a marketing and media intern at U-M’s Institute for Social Research, where I enjoy utilizing my creativity to manifest promotional outreach for researchers.
