Jimena Vazquez, WiL Co-President 

Hi! My name is Jimena Vazquez, and I’m so excited to be part of Women in Leadership this year as Co-President!. I’m a senior majoring in Organizational Studies with a minor in Business, and I’m also part of the Michigan Sales & Business Development Program. My OS pathway focuses on marketing, sales, and social impact, with a particular interest in how organizations can create greater opportunities and access for underrepresented communities.

In addition to being involved with WiL, I work as an office assistant in the LSA Dean’s Office and as an ambassador for Intent to Attend. I’m also involved with ALPFA, Michigan Cosmetic Business Club (MCBC), and serve as an ambassador for CareerSpring.

Outside of school, I love cooking, trying new coffee shops, working out, spending time with my family and friends, and, of course, shopping!I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone and helping create a welcoming and supportive community through Women in Leadership this year!

Emma Bagaric, WiL Co-President 

Hi! I’m Emma Bagaric, one of the co-presidents of Women in Leadership. I’m a senior studying Organizational Studies with a Marketing pathway, and I’m passionate about the creative and people-focused side of business, particularly brand storytelling, communications, and sustainability. In addition to WiL, I'm involved in the Bosnian Student Association at Michigan, FeelGood, and Michigan Advertising and Marketing, and I also serve on the Events and Climate Committee within the Organizational Studies leadership team. Outside of school, I love playing pickleball and tennis, traveling, baking, going on walks, and spending time with friends and family. I’m super excited to be part of WiL’s leadership team this year!

Molly Ross, WiL Co-Vice President 

Hi! My name is Molly Ross, and I’m a junior majoring in Organizational Studies with a Business minor and Sales & Business Development Certificate. I’m interested in employee engagement, leadership, and how organizations can work more effectively. I’ve explored these interests through research with the ODESI Lab, professional development work with The Michigan Daily’s CTI section, and internships in HR and corporate communications.

Outside of the classroom, I’m a sportswriter for The Michigan Daily, I am an obnoxious Michigan and Boston sports fan, buffalo sauce connoisseur, and recently started doing stand-up comedy! I’m super excited to be Co-Vice President of WiL this year and can’t wait to be part of such an amazing team, plan fun events, and create opportunities for everyone to get to know and learn from each other. Go Blue! 

Jeniya Coleman, WiL Co-Vice President 

Hi! My name is Jeniya Coleman and I am a junior majoring in Organizational Studies with a minor in French. My OS pathway is Global Human Capital and I’m interested in fields like human resources, corporate relations, marketing, and law. I love studying people and understanding how their environments can influence their behavior.

In my free time, I love traveling, listening to music, going to concerts, trying new restaurants, and reading romance novels.

Outside of WiL, I serve as Vice President of Operations for Black Business Undergraduate Society (BBUS), Applied Leadership Fellow for Barger Leadership Institute (BLI), and Office Assistant for Bursley Baits Housing. Leadership and service is a really important part of my life and it’s something I hope to continue as Co-Vice President of WiL! 

Saysha Mahadevan, WiL Manager of Budget/Internal Affairs

Hi! My name is Saysha Mahadevan and I’m a junior double majoring in Psychology and Org Studies. My OS pathway is focused on using people analytics and research to improve employee engagement in corporate organizations. I’ve gotten some really great employee engagement experience interning in HR these past two summers, and being the head of the Culture, Training, and Inclusion section of The Michigan Daily last year! Outside of school, I enjoy reading, dancing, and playing golf! I’m super excited to be the Head of Internal Affairs for WiL this year and to help plan some really fun events for all of us!

Elise Ward, WiL Logistics & Operations

Hi! My name is Elise Ward, I’m an OS senior with a pathway in the regulatory environment and private-public sector interactions. I spent the summer working in DC, advising corporations on how to navigate complex regulatory situations and properly deal with the third sector. At Michigan, I run community engagement and partnerships for MUSKET, write for the Daily, and work at the Law School’s office of Alumni Relations and Development. I’m spending this semester prepping for Law School applications (yay!). Outside of school, I love to travel, try new food, pilates, Dancing with the Stars, and trashy romcoms. I’m really looking forward to helping make all of WiL’s creative, fun ideas a reality and helping the OS community become as close-knit as possible!

Lindsay Randel, WiL Manager of Marketing & External Affairs

Hi! My name is Lindsay Randel, and I’m a senior majoring in Organizational Studies with minors in Business and Judaic Studies. My OS pathway focuses on the intersection of psychology and business, with a particular interest in marketing and understanding how people’s behaviors and motivations influence consumer decisions. Outside of the classroom, I love traveling, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops in Ann Arbor, going to Pilates classes, and spending time with my family and friends. I’m super excited to be WiL’s Marketing Chair this year and look forward to helping promote our events, connect with members, and contribute to such a supportive and empowering community!
