Understanding and Shaping Organizational Success Through People, Strategy, and Economics
As a double major in Organizational Studies and Economics, I am interested in understanding how organizations balance the management of people with broader strategic and financial objectives. Through the Leadership and Human Capital pathway, I hope to explore how organizations develop effective leaders, foster positive workplace cultures, and support employee growth and engagement. The Finance/Economics pathway complements my economics studies by allowing me to examine how financial considerations shape organizational decisions and long-term performance. Through the Strategy and Decision Making pathway, I am interested in understanding how organizations navigate complex challenges, evaluate opportunities, and make decisions in dynamic environments. Together, these pathways will help me better understand the relationship between people, strategy, and organizational effectiveness while preparing me for a variety of career paths in business and organizational leadership.
