About
PATHWAY
Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior
My Pathway is shaped by a lifelong interest in business and a strong curiosity about how organizations function and succeed. Ever since I was young, I have been entrepreneurial, starting ventures such as a jewelry business, a lip gloss business, and later a waxing business. These experiences sparked my passion for creating, managing, and growing ideas, and showed me that I want to build a future in the business world. I am particularly drawn to Organizational Studies because it brings together economics, sociology, and psychology—three areas that align closely with my interests and help explain how and why businesses operate the way they do.
Through this Pathway, I hope to deepen my understanding of consumer behavior, organizational dynamics, and strategic decision-making, while also building skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving. Although I am still exploring exactly what role I want to pursue, I am especially interested in marketing and how businesses connect with their audiences. Ultimately, I want to use my education to create or contribute to businesses that are both successful and impactful. I also recognize that my goals may evolve over time, so I view this Pathway as a flexible reflection of my current interests and aspirations as I continue to learn and grow.
