My Organizational Studies pathway focuses on analyzing businesses from a people-centered, strategic perspective. I am interested in how organizations operate from the outside in, how structure, leadership, and culture shape performance and decision-making. I want to understand how companies build collaborative environments, align teams, and create systems that allow people to do their best work. Through this pathway, I plan to explore leadership, organizational behavior, and strategy, with the goal of pursuing a career that combines business thinking with a strong focus on people and collaboration.
