Fostering a Positive Culture in Performing Arts and Athletics Organizations
Through my pathway, I aim to investigate how organizations foster positive, productive atmospheres through their established norms, values, and cultural practices. I am particularly interested in identifying leadership strategies surrounding communication and organizational structure that prevent misalignment in professional environments. With this understanding, I will aid organizations in their path to long-term, sustained success. Ultimately, I hope to pursue a career in the live entertainment industry, including performing arts and athletics organizations. Here, I will be able to apply my foundational understanding of organizations to make informed and strategic decisions that will benefit the entertainment programs as a whole.
