Creative Industries, Organizational Culture, and Reputation Management
My focus is on creative administration within the entertainment and arts industries, with a particular interest in how organizations build culture, manage reputation, and sustain high-quality creative output over time. Central to this is the sociology and psychology of the workplace: how group dynamics, individual motivation, and organizational structure shape both the process of making creative work and the quality of what results. I am also interested in the rapidly shifting landscape of media industries, where emerging platforms and evolving technologies continue to reshape audience behavior, production practices, and cultural value. The arts and entertainment sector sits at the center of these questions for me, as the space where creative work most visibly intersects with community, identity, and broad social impact. Through this pathway, I aim to develop the organizational, interpersonal, and analytical foundations to work in creative administration in ways that are thoughtful about people, honest about institutional identity, and prepared for an industry in constant change.
