PATHWAY
Creative Strategy Development and Entertainment
While I have always loved film and television, I have come to learn that storytelling can extend beyond creativity. I also interpret it as a tool for organizations to problem solve, build culture, and even communicate. I am especially drawn to how leadership, strategic planning, and culture can contribute to telling a story in both creative and professional environments. I ultimately see myself working in the business side of filmmaking, where I can help develop creative stories while also spearheading strategic decision-making that shapes both the story-making process and the final film. I am excited to further explore strategy and competitive advantages in the entertainment industry, especially as the rise of streaming has fundamentally transformed how stories are produced and consumed. Through my pathways, I aim to understand how leadership and organizational design can foster an environment that values creativity and meaningful stories.
