Understanding How People, Decisions, and Law Shape Organizational Impact
Embracing the power that non-profit organizations possess to improve individual lives and society, ultimately making the world a better place, is at the core of my education in Organizational Studies. Through my pathway, I strive to learn how to use my abilities and intellect to build effective organizational systems that prioritize people and success and help achieve goals. I am especially interested in how these dynamics intersect with both business and law, and how decision-making and leadership within these fields influence systems, protect individuals, and drive meaningful social impact. Ultimately, I hope to develop this understanding through my Organizational Studies curriculum and foster an environment with effective organizational structures.
