About
PATHWAY
Organizational Strategy and Human Capital
My pathway explores the intersection of business strategy, human behavior, and organizational design, focusing on how people and structures combine to drive performance and competitive advantage. Grounded in OS' interdisciplinary foundation across economics and psychology, my coursework will examine how leadership, decision making, and human capital shape the way organizations operate and grow. I am particularly drawn to how organizations identify, develop, and deploy talent as a strategic asset, and how leadership structures shape the decisions that determine long-term success.
Consulting interests me as a career because it demands exactly the combination of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and people fluency that this pathway develops. I aspire to work in management consulting in New York City, with a focus on organizational strategy and HR advisory work, helping companies build the internal structures and talent systems needed to execute on their goals. Whether advising on workforce design, change management, or competitive strategy, I want to apply the frameworks from this pathway to help organizations make smarter, more human-centered decisions.
