PATHWAY
Driving Effective, Equitable, and Sustainable Global Strategy in Organizations
My OS pathway is focused around understanding how strategy shapes organizational change and transformation, not just within individual firms, but across industries and on a global scale. By integrating my OS coursework with my studies in economics and business, I aim to develop a rigorous analytical foundation for examining how organizations make strategic decisions, adapt to competitive pressures, and drive meaningful transformation in an increasingly complex world.
At the heart of my pathway is a commitment to people and a belief that effective strategy must be built around a deep understanding of how individuals and groups operate within organizations. I want to understand how culture, power, and structure shape behavior, and how leaders can harness these dynamics to implement change that is both effective and equitable.
By combining coursework in global strategy, economic policy, organizational studies, and management, I hope to develop a holistic understanding of organizations as being fundamentally human. My goal is to bridge rigorous strategic and economic thinking with a genuine commitment to equity and human impact, so that the change I help organizations pursue is not only competitive and sustainable, but fundamentally good for the people within and impacted by them.
