PATHWAY
Organizational Innovation & Human Performance Systems
My goal is to understand and maximize human potential across different contexts, whether that be in athletics, business, sustainability, administration, human resources, consulting, or organizational leadership. I am particularly interested in how individuals and groups perform at a high level, and how effective systems can be designed to support that performance. To understand this, I want to study how and why people think, behave, and make decisions in different contexts. This includes understanding organizational dynamics, leadership structures, and the psychological factors that influence performance and collaboration. At the same time, I am interested in the historical and anthropological foundations of human organization, like how humans first began working together, and how those systems have evolved into what we see around us today. Through this pathway, I am trying to build a comprehensive understanding of both individual behavior and organizational behavior, so that I can help guide people and organizations toward achieving their highest potential.
