My pathway revolves around my interest in human capital and what it takes to lead and develop people within organizations. I am drawn to understanding how organizations build and maintain systems where employees feel supported and positioned to do their best work.
Through this pathway, I hope to build a strong foundation in human capital strategy, organizational behavior, and develop the tools to design more equitable workplace systems. I intend to apply these skills in my future career, working within organizations that prioritize their people and understand that a thriving workforce is the backbone of success.
