About
PATHWAY
Curiosity, Leadership, and Organizational Impact
My pathway is centered on understanding how curiosity, leadership, and human behavior shape effective and meaningful organizations. I am especially interested in the intersections of Leadership & Human Capital, Positive Organizational Scholarship, and Entertainment & Media, which together allow me to explore how individuals and teams function, connect, and perform. My experiences in journalism and research have shown me that asking thoughtful questions can uncover deeper insights about motivation, relationships, and organizational culture. Through my work with The Michigan Daily and the Organizational Development through Employing Strategic Initiatives (ODESI) Lab through the Undergraduate Research Opportunity Program (UROP), I have developed skills in interviewing, pattern recognition, and translating qualitative insights into actionable strategies. These experiences have reinforced my interest in people-centered problem solving and strengthened my ability to understand complex organizational dynamics. Within OS, I hope to further explore how leadership, values, and culture influence workplace performance, while gaining the tools to turn insights into practical solutions. Ultimately, my pathway reflects my goal of using curiosity and empathy to better understand people and to help build organizations where individuals and teams can thrive.
