Creative Development and Strategic Leadership
Through my O.S. pathway, I will explore how strategic development and decision making impacts how I might manage human capital in my future professional ventures. I want to deepen my understanding of how different types of leadership affects the outcomes of employee relations and workplace environments. Through Creative Strategy Development pathway, I will be well equipped to develop new management strategies and different marketing objectives/goals. The decision making pathway will allow me to be quick on my feet and make the best choices for everyone involved in whichever field/industry I end up.
Through the combination of these O.S. pathways, I will be able to further develop as a young professional as I continue to work towards my career goals in interpersonal relations, communication, and successful, ethical leadership.
