About
PATHWAY
Nonprofit Organizations
Shaped by my professional experiences and commitment to community impact, my OS pathway lies at the intersection of nonprofit work and corporate social responsibility. Through roles such as my Operations Internship with Blue Square Alliance Against Hate and my work with the Community Foundation for MetroWest, I have developed a strong interest in how mission-driven organizations operate, measure impact, and scale their outreach. At the same time, my current role supporting business development at the University of Michigan Center for Academic Innovation has exposed me to how organizations evaluate product-market fit, build partnerships, and implement systems for sustainable growth. I am particularly interested in how corporations can integrate ethical decision-making, philanthropy, and stakeholder engagement into their core strategies, rather than treating them as peripheral initiatives. Academically, I aim to explore themes such as organizational ethics, scaling social impact, and positive leadership, while continuing to build analytical and operational skills. Ultimately, I hope to pursue a career that bridges the nonprofit and corporate sectors, helping organizations create meaningful, measurable change while maintaining long-term sustainability.
