Ethical Leadership and CSR in For-Profit Arts Sectors
Long-term, I intend to work in the music business, and am particularly interested in the social impact and live event spheres. As the music industry is dominated by large corporations, my OS coursework focuses on corporate social responsibility so I can later harness the power of these companies to create positive and meaningful change. Additionally, through taking courses related to various media industries, I can understand the music industry's place within the broader entertainment industry, setting myself up to be a well-rounded, well-connected, ethical leader in the music business.
