PATHWAY
Nonprofits, Human Capital and Leadership, and Decision-Making with a focus on community welfare within organizations.
I want my Organizational Pathway to focus on Nonprofits, Human Capital and Leadership, and Decision-Making. I am excited and passionate about working with others and thinking about organizations and structure in an interdisciplinary way. I know that I want to spend my career serving others, though I am not yet sure what form that will take. I am especially excited to combine these components into my major. Over the next few years, I plan to take Orgstudy 420 Non-profit Orgs, Cmplxsys 391 Modeling Pol Processes, and MO 302 Leading People & Organizations. I hope that through these classes, I will be able to grow and learn as a leader, team member, and decision-maker.
