PATHWAY
Designing High-Performing Organizations Through Positive Organizational Scholarship, Leadership, and Decision-Making
My pathway explores how organizational design shapes efficiency, well-being, outcomes, and access to support in high-performing environments. I am interested in how staffing structures, cultural norms, and incentives can either support or hinder organizational performance. Rooted in Positive Organizational Scholarship, with a focus on leadership and decision-making, my pathway reflects an interest in how attention, stress, and motivation shape performance and resilience, both in the brain and in practice. Drawing on my experiences in athletics, healthcare, and nonprofit settings, I want to better understand how organizations can be intentionally designed to strengthen culture, improve coordination, and help individuals and teams thrive.
