Strategy and Individual Behavior within Sports Organizations
I plan to use my Organizational Studies degree in combination with my Economics degree to explore how institutions, data, and human behavior shape decision-making—especially within sport organizations and broader social structures. I want to examine how organizational strategy is shaped by its members and its specific structure, so that I can build a strong foundation for a future in the legal field where I can advocate for athletes, navigate contracts, and advance gender equity across sports and related fields.
