The Benefits of Human Capital and Creative Strategy Development across Global Organizations, Strengthening Leadership
I have always had an interest in travelling and problem-solving, hence why I am aspiring to be a management consultant. After returning from a study abroad program in France last year, I developed an interest in learning more about global organizations and how strategic relationships between countries are developed. The reason these relationships are so successful is due to mutual benefit, which comes from human capital. With this pathway, I will be able to learn how leadership shapes strategic relationships and how they look both domestically and globally.
