Creating Innovative Solutions for Organizations to reflect the current landscape through a Policy and Environment Lens
My OS pathway is driven by my curiosity of how organizations interact with the current climate; examining the role of policies and the environment in creating social change. Through examining organizational strategy, decision making, and wrongdoing, I hope to learn more about how to create sustainable changes in the workforce to reflect the social space. By studying Organizational Studies to learn more about how institutions can shape society and pursuing Public Policy and Environment minors to design equitable policies and advocate for keeping our environment safe and clean, I hope to uplift my community and change our current landscape. In the future, I hope to work as a policy or non-profit consultant, finding innovative solutions to funding cuts, organizational development, outreach and advocacy, and program development.
