Transformative Leadership
I am interested in how all individuals are capable of transforming our world today: from what educates an individual to make informed decisions, to the influence that individual and their actions place on those around them, and ultimately how they impact the world as a whole. As a double major in Economics and Organizational Studies with a minor in Business, I find that these areas of study align with each component of my interest. Within Organizational Studies, I would like to focus specifically on the intangible characteristics, skills, and knowledge I can gain to confidently lead and positively impact those around me. As this pathway can be applied in any career, I see it as individually transforming.
