Business, Society, and Positive Change
My organizational studies pathway centers on psychology as the primary discipline and explores how organizations create positive social impact while remaining effective, inclusive, and sustainable. I am especially interested in corporate social responsibility, entrepreneurship, and the role of global organizations in addressing complex social challenges. Through this pathway, I hope to explore how organizational strategy and decision-making shape outcomes for communities, employees, and stakeholders. My goal is to develop the analytical and leadership skills necessary to work at the intersection of business, public service, and social impact. I aim to represent these values through non-profit organizations, socially responsible enterprises, or international institutions dedicated to improving society.
