In today’s business world, being an effective leader can make a world of a difference. This is the reason I want to blend my interests of leadership theory, human behavior, and strategic thinking to build meaningful and sustainable success. Through this pathway, I aim to discover how positive psychology can be applied within organizations to increase motivation, well being, and performance. By understanding what drives individuals and teams, I hope to learn how to cultivate environments that not only excel in business success, but also support personally growth and community impact. Additionally, I want to further my understanding of human behavior as it relates to marketing and sales. I believe connection and effective communication is a key part of successful business practices, and by integrating psychological principles with strategic decision making, I hope to produce approaches that accomplish engaging target audiences. When effective leadership, strategic decision making, behavioral insight, and positive psychology work together they can fuel organizational success while making a positive impact on the community.
