About
My name is Flora Shi, and I am a junior at the University of Michigan majoring in Organizational Studies with pathways in marketing and strategy. I complement my studies with a minor in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences, where I am developing skills in data analysis and research.
My interests lie in brand management and consumer strategy, particularly how consumer motivations and behaviors influence brand perceptions and purchasing decisions. I am drawn to the combination of research and creative thinking involved in translating consumer needs into effective marketing strategies. Through Organizational Studies, I am building a strong foundation in organizational behavior and decision-making. I aim to apply this knowledge to help brands establish a distinctive position and build lasting customer relationships within the evolving marketing landscape.
