Inter-Personal Relationships and how the Psychology Behind them Within a Workplace Establishes Culture
My pathway in Organizational Studies aims to focus on the inter-personal relationships and connections developed in the workplace and how they are attached to success in a professional environment. The pathway is designed to allow me to develop skills in human capital management and establishing a flourishing culture in a workplace that fosters positive output and enlightened conversation. By also implementing courses related to Law and Psychology, I will broaden my perspective of the corporate world and how the law plays into decision-making; studying the psychology of individuals within a workplace will deepen my understanding of a positive environment and how employees are most successful.
