Sustainable Systems in Hospitality & Experience Design
In my Organizational Studies journey, I hope to explore how service oriented organizations and environmental stewardship intersect. Drawing on ideas from the Environment/Sustainability pathway, I aim to understand the structural ways businesses can reduce emissions and waste—specifically within the food and hospitality sectors—without sacrificing operational success.
By integrating my UX (User Experience) minor, I plan to approach environmental sustainability as a design challenge. I will explore how to create systems and events that prioritize sustainable and ethical choices while maintaining a transparent and enjoyable path for the consumer. Whether working in a large corporation to refine their internal wellness and event systems or launching an entrepreneurial venture, my goal is to design organizations where environmental health and high-quality hospitality are mutually inclusive.
