Internal Structure, Culture, and Strategy in Organizational Effectiveness, with Evolving Technologies in Mind
Organizations are constantly evolving, especially as new technologies begin to shape how people work and make decisions. I am interested in understanding how an organization’s internal structure, its people, communication, and decision-making processes drive its overall success. I believe that strong organizations develop from within, utilizing clear systems, effective collaboration, and thoughtful leadership.
Through my pathway, I want to explore how leadership and strategy influence workplace culture and organizational outcomes. Alongside my minor in Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence through the School of Information, I am also interested in how emerging technologies are changing the way people interact, make decisions, and do their work. I hope to better understand how these tools can be used to support people, rather than replace them.
I am particularly drawn to people-focused roles in consulting, human resources, and organizational development. Ultimately, I hope to apply what I learn to help organizations build environments that are both effective and genuinely supportive of the people within them.
