Psychology and HR Management
I plan to follow a path that focuses on studying psychology and how I can use it to manage companies in an efficient but worker friendly environment. With this I will also study business and management so I can understand the technical side of leadership. On top of that I also plan to continue to think outside the box and find creative ways to bring new ideas to the workforce.
