Leadership, Human Capital & Positive Organizational Scholarship
I am pursuing a pathway in Leadership and Human Capital with an additional interest in Positive Organizational Scholarship. This interest comes from my eagerness to understand how organizations can effectively lead and motivate people. I am especially drawn to leadership and human resource management because I am passionate about working with and overseeing others on the path of reaching a shared goal. Through my coursework in social psychology, leadership, and the study of organizations, I have begun exploring how leadership styles and workplace culture influence overall success. I also intend to study the principles of Positive Organizational Scholarship, which highlights strengths-based leadership, well-being, and positive workplace dynamics. Combined, studying these areas will provide me with the skills needed to foster productive environments within larger organizations. I envision this pathway to prepare me for a future career in human resources or management, where I hope to contribute to the success of strong teams and effective leadership.
