Nick Camp, Assistant Professor of Oganizational Studies was recently mentioned in the University Record. The articles discusses "Police officers speak to Black drivers less respectfully, study finds. Here's why it matters."
In the articles, Camp, who examines the psychological consequences of reacial inequities, states "Officers receive a lot of training on use of force...I would argue that officer's should also receive a lot of training on communication. These every day interactions these encounters are common but also really consequential."
