Pawel Krolikowski is a Senior Research Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and an Academic Affiliate in the Department of Economics at the University of Michigan. His primary research fields are labor economics and macroeconomics, with a focus on unemployment dynamics, worker reallocation, wage determination, and labor market adjustment to economic shocks. His research combines empirical analysis with macroeconomic and labor-market theory and numerical work to study how workers and firms respond to changing economic conditions. His secondary research interests include international trade, particularly trade models with search frictions. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
