About

Damian Vergara is a Public and Labor economist. His research interests relate to questions of inequality, policy design, taxation, and labor market institutions. He obtained a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from the Universidad de Chile and received a Ph.D. in Economics from UC Berkeley in 2023. In the 2023-2024 academic year, he was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Industrial Relations Section at Princeton University.
