Women in Economics aims to foster a departmental culture that is supportive of women students and other underrepresented groups. We will advocate and provide resources for such groups. We are committed to pushing for institutional change that will improve the graduate school experience for students of all backgrounds, working to increase representation and diversity in the economics field as a whole.
