Wayne D. Bloch

Wayne Bloch is a founder and Managing Partner of Rock Hill Partners LLC, a private investment firm located in suburban Philadelphia.  Through investment partnerships, Wayne is also involved in private equity, early-stage venture capital, and real estate opportunities.

Prior to co-founding his first investment management firm in 1996 – Rose Glen Capital Group, Inc., a hedge fund firm that was a predecessor to Rock Hill - Wayne was a practicing attorney, and he continues to be a member of both the Pennsylvania and New York bars. As an attorney, he was most recently a partner in the corporate department of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP, a Philadelphia-based law firm. Before moving to Philadelphia and Klehr Harrison in 1992, he was a corporate associate in the New York office of Proskauer Rose LLP, a global law firm where he began his legal career in 1987.

At Michigan, along with his service on the Economics Leadership Council, Wayne and his wife, Sheree, serve as emeritus members of the University’s Parent and Family Leadership Council. In addition to his work and involvement at Michigan, Wayne is committed to numerous charitable organizations in his community.  He is currently involved with Jewish Federation and Jewish Family and Children’s Services, and he is a past member of the Board of Trustees of the National Museum of American Jewish History.

Wayne earned an AB in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1984 and a JD, cum laude, from The Boston University School of Law, where he was a member of the Boston University Law Review, in 1987.  Wayne and Sheree reside in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and are the proud parents of two Michigan graduates, Alison (‘15) and Sam (‘17).
