Jason Harper is founder and president of Ready Signal, where he helps organizations improve forecasting and decision-making by integrating external economic, market, and real-time signals into predictive models. He also serves as managing director of RXA @ OneMagnify, where he advises on strategy and the delivery of data science, artificial intelligence, data engineering, and business intelligence solutions for global clients.
Jason has built his career at the intersection of economics, analytics, and business strategy. He previously founded RXA, a data science consulting firm acquired by OneMagnify in 2023. Earlier in his career, he held senior analytics leadership roles at Ford, Team Detroit, Organic, and GoDaddy, where his work included econometric modeling, forecasting, marketing science, and data-driven strategy.
Jason earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, an M.A. in Applied Economics from Eastern Michigan University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
